Through these resources, families and individuals touched by diabetes can get practical advice and emotional support for as long as they need it.

JDRF and Accu-Chek offer a free Bag of Hope to help families learn more about diabetes management and diabetes research. These educational resources are delivered by a family in your community who has been through this experience and can share non-medical information and personal stories. Request a bag for a child (0-11 years) by calling JDRF Hawaii at (808) 988-1000.
